Galway Physiotherapy & Wellness Centre – ‘Healthy Bodies and Healthy Minds’

We chose this name and ethos for our clinic many years ago as we recognised it best described our philosophy and vision for our practice.

It encompassed how we wanted to function as a clinic, a multi-practitioner centre whose sole aim is to help you the person as a whole and to improve you in any way you require to get closer to ‘optimal wellbeing’ and holistic health.

This is not a quest for perfection, rather we aim to help you enjoy the path of simply improving our minds, bodies, sleep, food habits and life!

To achieve this we have many specialist practitioners from other areas of health promotion available to help you as well as our purpose built open space Gymnasium / Pilates / Yoga / Meditation studio and large outdoor rehabilitation / return to exercise field.

… is a top of her profession holistic Nutritional Therapist who rather than ‘diet’ loves to focus on food as nourishment for our bodies and minds that helps us live a well fuelled, happier and healthier life.

Claire focuses on nutrition and lifestyle recommendations that aim to help people achieve optimal health and well-being of the mind, body and spirit.

ANU Wellness is a client centred Nutritional Therapy practice that uses food as medicine.

Claire has been all over Ireland as a mainstay in the hugely popular BEO events and holds seminars on site as well as being available for events elsewhere.

Flow Yoga Ireland is ran by Siobhan Moylan whose mission is to create a community where students can come together to explore yoga in a safe, accessible and affordable way.

The diversity of classes on the timetable aims to provide an opportunity for everyone irrespective of age, body type or ability to access the powerful benefits of yoga. She’s great!
